Question 1 : Pourquoi installer des pi\u00e8ces d\u2019origine et non des pi\u00e8ces adaptables ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Garantie deux ans pi\u00e8ces et main d\u2019\u0153uvre<\/strong> pour toutes les Pi\u00e8ces d\u2019Origine MINI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exigences de qualit\u00e9 et tol\u00e9rances de fabrication <\/strong>g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus strictes que les pi\u00e8ces adaptables m\u00eame issues d\u2019un fournisseur commun<\/strong>.
Exemples :
– Une diff\u00e9rence de poids peut \u00eatre constat\u00e9e entre les diff\u00e9rentes marques de disques de frein.
– A 130 km\/h la distance de freinage peut varier de 20 m\u00e8tres selon la qualit\u00e9 des plaquettes de frein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concordance entre les intervalles de maintenance<\/strong> d\u00e9finis par MINI lors de la conception de ses v\u00e9hicules et la dur\u00e9e de la vie des Pi\u00e8ces d\u2019Origine<\/strong> (un filtre \u00e0 air adaptable est souvent con\u00e7u pour une dur\u00e9e de vie d\u2019un an, contre quatre ans maximum chez MINI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Batterie derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/strong> (AGM et Lithium) de capacit\u00e9 parfaitement adapt\u00e9 aux \u00e9quipements et options <\/strong>sp\u00e9cifiques de chacun des mod\u00e8les. Les technologies avanc\u00e9es des v\u00e9hicules MINI (Start & Stop, 48V, services connect\u00e9s, aides \u00e0 la conduite) n\u00e9cessitent une puissance ad\u00e9quat de la batterie afin d\u2019assurer sa long\u00e9vit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essuie-glaces d\u2019Origine dont le rayon de courbure correspond parfaitement au pare-brise du mod\u00e8le concern\u00e9. L\u2019adaptable reste un compromis<\/strong> pour pouvoir convenir \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents parebrises de diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les et de diff\u00e9rentes marques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 2 : Pourquoi certaines pi\u00e8ces doivent-\u00eatre remplac\u00e9es par paires ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nos experts en service apr\u00e8s-vente MINI vont vous r\u00e9pondre. Certaines pi\u00e8ces doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es par 2 voire par 4 pour des questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de long\u00e9vit\u00e9<\/strong>, ou tout simplement pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des obligations l\u00e9gales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A titre d\u2019exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les pneumatiques<\/strong> doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s par paires <\/strong>lorsque la diff\u00e9rence d\u2019usure entre les 2 pneus d\u2019un m\u00eame essieu exc\u00e8de 5 mm, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une contrainte l\u00e9gale, motif de refus de contr\u00f4le technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 4 roues motrices<\/strong>, il est n\u00e9cessaire de remplacer les pneumatiques par 4<\/strong> pour pr\u00e9server la boite de transfert dont le fonctionnement optimal est garanti pour des roues de diam\u00e8tre identique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les amortisseurs<\/strong> doivent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s par paires<\/strong>, afin de ne pas cr\u00e9er un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de confort, de tenue de route et de freinage et pr\u00e9server la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des passagers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 3 : Pourquoi remplacer mes pneumatiques chez MINI ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en partenariat avec les plus grands manufacturiers, tous nos pneus poss\u00e8dent le marquage \u00e9toil\u00e9. Ce marquage atteste que ces pneus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us sp\u00e9cialement<\/strong> pour les caract\u00e9ristiques de votre MINI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques du constructeur MINI sur la base de 21 crit\u00e8res<\/strong>, les manufacturiers sont amen\u00e9s \u00e0 modifier certaines caract\u00e9ristiques de leurs pneumatiques de s\u00e9rie<\/strong> : composition chimique des diff\u00e9rentes gommes, structure m\u00e9tallique de la carcasse, tol\u00e9rances de fabrication, afin d\u2019obtenir ce marquage \u00e9toil\u00e9. M\u00eame si la d\u00e9nomination et l\u2019aspect visuel peuvent sembler identiques<\/strong>, la diff\u00e9rence entre un pneumatique d\u2019une marque donn\u00e9e et sa version \u00e9toil\u00e9e est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement confirm\u00e9e par les diff\u00e9rences de notation sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage<\/strong> (label europ\u00e9en ind\u00e9pendant).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 4 : Pourquoi faire mes r\u00e9parations de carrosserie chez MINI ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Les multiples \u00e9l\u00e9ments de carrosserie d\u2019une MINI doivent pouvoir se comporter diff\u00e9remment suivant leur fonction et leur positionnement dans le v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour cela, ils sont compos\u00e9s de plusieurs types d\u2019acier<\/strong> offrant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et caract\u00e9ristiques diverses :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les aciers haute r\u00e9sistance<\/strong> (dit \u00ab \u00e0 haute limite \u00e9lastique \u00bb) doivent prot\u00e9ger les occupants du v\u00e9hicule sans se d\u00e9former.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les aciers ordinaires<\/strong> (appel\u00e9s \u00ab acier doux \u00bb) sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s pour subir une d\u00e9formation dite programm\u00e9e afin d\u2019assurer \u00e0 la fois l\u2019absorption et une canalisation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e lors d\u2019un impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une r\u00e9paration carrosserie comme pr\u00e9conis\u00e9e par le service apr\u00e8s-vente MINI, consiste \u00e9videmment \u00e0 redonner \u00e0 votre MINI son aspect esth\u00e9tique originel<\/strong>, mais \u00e9galement de permettre \u00e0 votre v\u00e9hicule de r\u00e9parer ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de rigidit\u00e9<\/strong> afin qu\u2019en cas d\u2019accident, la carrosserie se d\u00e9forme ou r\u00e9siste au choc et en prot\u00e8ge ses occupants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le \u00ab Collage-Rivetage<\/strong> \u00bb et une des r\u00e9parations sp\u00e9cifiques MINI : les \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 r\u00e9parer, ne peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9coup\u00e9s que dans des zones bien d\u00e9finies<\/strong> (informations disponibles dans le manuel de r\u00e9paration MINI), et les nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments ne sont pas assembl\u00e9s par soudure mais par collage \u00e0 froid et rivetage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de r\u00e9paration par \u00ab Soudure point par point<\/strong> \u00bb et r\u00e9server aux aciers tr\u00e8s haute r\u00e9sistance : il consiste \u00e0 assembler deux composants en utilisant un courant \u00e9lectrique d\u2019une intensit\u00e9 de 20 000 Amp\u00e8res (\u00e9quivalent \u00e0 une ligne \u00e0 haute tension) et est le seul \u00e0 pouvoir conserver et garantir la rigidit\u00e9 de ce type de mat\u00e9riau<\/strong>. Bien entendu, ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite une formation et du mat\u00e9riel tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question 5 : Pourquoi faire remplacer mon pare-brise chez MINI ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le pare-brise est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9terminant de la rigidit\u00e9 globale du v\u00e9hicule<\/strong>. Les pare-brises d\u2019Origine MINI pr\u00e9sentent une \u00e9paisseur et des cotes de fabrication<\/strong> conformes au cahier des charges constructeur <\/strong>et limitent les risques de bruits a\u00e9rodynamiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, la teinte et l\u2019opacit\u00e9<\/strong> sont identiques \u00e0 celle d\u2019origine et sont garanties par la pr\u00e9sence du logo MINI. En cas de choc, le verre se d\u00e9forme en \u00e9toile \u00e9vitant ainsi la projection d\u2019\u00e9clats \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019habitacle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le service apr\u00e8s-vente MINI garantit le respect des conditions de r\u00e9paration suivantes :
Une temp\u00e9rature de collage sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 15\u00b0<\/strong>.
L\u2019utilisation d\u2019un pistolet \u00e9lectrique<\/strong> pour l\u2019application de la colle \u00e9vitant les bulles d\u2019air (contrairement au pistolet pneumatique).
Un temps de s\u00e9chage minimum de 2 heures<\/strong>.
Un respect des conditions de stockage de la colle<\/strong> afin d\u2019en pr\u00e9server les qualit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une colle trop dure peut provoquer des bulles d\u2019air qui modifient la rigidit\u00e9 du v\u00e9hicule et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des bruits a\u00e9rodynamiques. Ces conditions peuvent difficilement \u00eatre r\u00e9unies dans le cadre de r\u00e9parations faites \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s remplacement, d\u2019un pare-brise, le recalibrage des capteurs<\/strong>, cam\u00e9ra, affichage t\u00eate haute est n\u00e9cessaire.
